Community State Bank of Orbisonia opened its doors for business in 1951, and today is Huntingdon County’s only locally owned bank headquartered in Huntingdon County. In order to do so, the professional and friendly CSB employees count on the efficient and reliable operation of important tools, including a number of copiers and printers.
In June of 2016, Chris Grace, Information Technology Manager, met with Kevin Swope of Dice Office Equipment and discussed their printing and copying needs. With a variety of old equipment, including Canon, Ricoh, and Xerox brands, they were ready for an upgrade. So, the folks at Dice completed a thorough assessment of the situation, then presented a proposal to replace all of their copier and multifunction equipment, and standalone laser printers on employee desks, with no cash outlay and a monthly cost savings of $500. Plus, their new relationship with the folks at Dice included a full maintenance agreement which covers all parts and labor for repairs, as well as toner, drums and maintenance kits. And, the service work will be performed by qualified Dice technicians.
Now, the bank has common equipment across all locations which makes it easier for employees who travel from branch to branch. They also doubled their number of full color multi-function machines.
